Chalk uit Belfast is het driekoppige project van muzikanten en filmmakers Ross Cullen, Benedict Goddard en Luke Niblock. De groep combineert pakkende melodieën met een mix van gitaargedreven ritmes en atmosferische elementen. Hun muziek verkent thema's als jeugd, liefde en zelfontdekking.

Met de release van hun debuut-EP's 'Conditions' en 'Conditions II' verweeft de band hun industriële noise/techno hybride soundscapes met gotische visuele landschappen. Gelaagde postpunk die live steeds weer voor een intense belevenis zorgt. Op 21 februari verschijnt met 'Conditions III' hun nieuwste EP, meteen de laatste in deze reeks.
