Permanent graphic artists in residence
Every year Trix selects 8 fresh graphic residents. They get free access to the studio for a whole year.
These residents are selected via an open call that is launched once a year (December).
For whom?
Young semi-professional graphic makers from Antwerp (province) who have knowledge* of screen printing and have a clear goal in mind within studio SPOOR. This can be a defined project, a research, a development.
What do we offer?

In addition, you can attend shows and participate in workshops in Trix for free.
What do we ask in return?
Access to the studio is free, but you do pay for your materials:
- A one-time fee of €60 for your starter kit containing spatula, sponge, tape and a small screen
- Film: €1.50 per A3
- Screens: A4 €7 / A3 €9 / A2 €11
- Paper ink: €5 / 100 grams
- Textile ink: €6 / 100 grams
In addition, you will host one of the SPOOR series (a monthly Drink & Draw in which you invite another guest to talk about your work process) and we will ask you to make one poster for a concert of your choice in Trix.
* You will receive a basic course in screen printing. Do we or you notice that you need more information about screen printing? Then you will follow a follow-up workshop for €30.
