Toubab Bougnoul

How do you express emotions for which there are no words, or even worse, for which words don’t yet exist? Toubab Bougnoul is a transdisciplinary collective of Afro-Europeans exploring with “The Garden of Innocence” how rhythm and non-verbal communication can convey emotions beyond language. They blend sound, dance, visuals, color, and scent, diving deep into African dance and music rituals. Their mission? To recontextualize these rituals and make them accessible, while staying true to their essence.
