This is the full statement of the band:
"First of all, thank you. The response so far to Beholder has been a real joy. We’re all delighted to have it out there and to see it connecting with so many of you.
Unfortunately we have a bit of news. The finances around the EU dates have collapsed at the final minute making the tour unfeasible. We apologise unreservedly. Those shows in those cities were a dream for us and we’re as disappointed as anyone that they won’t go ahead.
The UK shows will go ahead as planned. However, we approach these shows knowing they’ll be our last for a while.
It’s time to take a break for us. The past ten years have been an incredible journey. We’ve swam in the seas of California. We’ve driven through the mountains of Spain. We’ve played beside the fjords of Norway and in the fields of Glastonbury. We’ve sung to each other on the porch of a ranch in TX. We’ve drank margaritas in Beverly Hills and drove to Lithuania only to freeze our bollocks off and drive all the way back again.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to all those who have made it happen and for all those who have come along for the ride. It is only people’s love for the band that has allowed us to live these opportunities.
But now, for a break. To take a step back, to pursue something else for a while, to see where the next road takes us.
We hope as many of you can come out to these shows and celebrate Beholder and all that’s come before. They’re going to be our best yet.

The Blinders' third album, "Beholder," delves into the concept of perspective, where the heart and soul's vanishing points add depth to their music. The band, co-produced by Nick Launay and 'Atom' Greenspan, explores themes of growing up and changing perspectives. Their evolving lineup, with new members on drums and keyboards, expanded their musical horizons. They meticulously crafted their songs and created a more focused demo in Wales before recording the album in Los Angeles. The album features energetic tracks like 'Ceremony' and 'Brakelights' but also delves into more profound emotions with songs like 'While I’m Still Young.' Despite these changes, The Blinders' core artistic values remain intact. "Beholder" may shift perspectives, but The Blinders' vision remains captivating.
Lightspeed
With a great love for atmospheric guitar violence and striking lyricism, the foursome Lightspeed brings a heady dose of indie rock. It is undeniable that the band draws inspiration from a range of famous Britpop icons and poetic greats. Expect a melodic escapade of catchy choruses, bombastic indie guitars and a live energy that goes down to the bone with this brand new Sound Track laureate.
