You cannot think of a dreamier story than PANCHIKO’s. The British band reached a sudden cult status in 2016 without them knowing. What’s more, they didn’t even exist anymore at the time. Somebody bumped into a demo in a record store. Looking for more information on the band they uploaded the single somewhere in a faraway crevice of the internet. Nobody knew anything about the who or what behind D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L>, but the sweet indie-rock-pop track sure hit a chord. Fans from all over the world gathered online to try and uncover PANCHIKO’S story. After some serious internet sleuthing the band was localised and welcomed by thousands of fans.

Mei Semones is a Japanese-American artist who combines jazz, bossa nova, and indie pop in songs with lyrics in both Japanese and English. On her EP 'Kabutomushi', she explores the complexities of love with virtuosic guitar playing, strings, and tender lyrics. In 2022, she released her first EP, collaborated with artists like John Roseboro, and went on tour with the band Raavi. 'Kabutomushi' reflects her unique blend of genres and personal, emotional storytelling.
