Clyde and Gracie Lawrence grew up in New York City listening to music from legendary artists like Stevie Wonder, Randy Newman and Aretha Franklin. These influences inspired them to write their own songs at a young age. Their talent and enthusiasm are undeniable and the brother-sister duo quickly expanded into an eight-piece group of friends called Lawrence. In 2021, the band made their breakthrough with their album 'Hotel TV' and their international hit single "Don't Lose Sight", which was used in a Microsoft commercial.

Their track record includes performances on Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Late Show, Coachella and Rock Werchter. Lawrence has toured as a support act with Jonas Brothers, Lake Street Dive, Vulfpeck, Jon Bellion and Jacob Collier.
