Nervus
What started out as Em Foster’s bedroom project turned into what is now the British group Nervus. Foster uses music as an outlet for her struggle with addiction and gender dysphoria. The result? Permanent Rainbow, the debut record from 2016 that promptly became one of the most personal and heartfelt albums of the year. In 2018 they released their sophomore album Everything Dies, on which Em once more blew everyone away with her strong songwriting.
