Mobility

Mobility is still very high on the agenda of Flanders and Trix. Not only do we lose a lot of time in traffic jams, the air quality is also not as it should be. These days there are more options and alternatives than ever before: car sharing, carpooling, bicycle leasing, speed pedelecs, e-steps ... We remain alert and adapt our operations to enable these alternative transport options and put them in the spotlight when visiting Trix.

In most cases, concerts and events end at 10:30 pm. Therefore returning home by public transport is very easy. Tram stop 'Hof Ter Lo' (line 10) is close to Trix and goes directly back and forth to Antwerp Central Station. Are you coming to Antwerp by train? Trix is only two tram stops away from Antwerp Central Station. 

Trix is also easily accessible on foot or by bicycle, whether or not in combination with another means of transport. We have a large bicycle shed at the entrance of the building. The nearest cycling station is located 450m from our front door.

We highlight these alternative mobility options during Mobility Week as well as during the regular annual operation (e.g. in our Plan Your Visit mailings to ticket buyers).

You can also visit us by car. Definitely consider carpooling. It offers nothing but advantages: it's cozier, cheaper, better for the environment and and there's less need for parking spaces. We are currently negotiating with potential partners to organize a car pooling system.
